This service is designed for clients who want their home continuously maintained at a high, hotel-style standard. It is a recurring luxury service, focused on long-term care, presentation, and convenience — not inspection or move-out preparation.

Ideal for owner-occupied homes, executives, families, and clients who value consistency, organisation, and attention to detail.

For homes larger than 4 bedrooms, please contact us for tailored pricing.

This monthly premium deep clean includes:

  • Full dusting of all surfaces, shelving, décor, and fixtures

  • Vacuuming and mopping of all floors

  • Skirting boards, door frames, and light switches wiped

  • Window tracks and blinds cleaned as part of ongoing upkeep

  • Light balcony or patio clean

  • Cobweb removal

  • Internal glass and mirrors cleaned

  • Rubbish removal and bin liner replacement

Kitchen maintenance cleaning:

  • Benchtops and splashbacks

  • Sink and tapware

  • Stovetop exterior

  • Cupboard fronts and handles

  • Interior fridge, oven, microwave, and appliances maintained as part of a regular schedule

Bathroom & toilet cleaning:

  • Showers, bathtubs, and vanities cleaned

  • Toilets sanitised

  • Mirrors, fixtures, and tapware polished

Bedrooms & living areas:

  • Beds made (linen changed on request)

  • Wardrobes and visible storage wiped

  • Living and dining areas cleaned and tidied

  • Light organising included

END OF LEASE CLEAN

This service is designed for tenants, landlords, and property managers preparing for final inspections. It is a one-time, inspection-focused clean aligned with real estate checklists to help maximise the chances of a successful bond return.

Ideal for vacant or near-vacant properties requiring a thorough, compliance-based clean.

For properties larger than 4 bedrooms, please contact us for a tailored quote.

This end-of-lease cleaning service includes:

  • Full deep dusting of all accessible surfaces

  • Vacuuming and mopping of all floors

  • Skirting boards, door frames, and light switches cleaned

  • Internal windows, glass, and mirrors cleaned

  • Window tracks, sills, and blinds cleaned

  • Cobweb removal throughout the property

  • Light balcony or patio clean

  • Rubbish removal

  • Final inspection-ready presentation check

Kitchen deep clean including:

  • Benchtops, splashbacks, and tiles

  • Sink, tapware, and drains cleaned and sanitised

  • Stovetop and rangehood exterior cleaned

  • Cupboard fronts, handles, and kickboards wiped

  • Full interior oven clean

  • Interior fridge clean

  • Interior microwave and appliance clean

  • Grease and residue removal

Bathroom & toilet deep cleaning:​​

  • Showers, bathtubs, tiles, and screens scrubbed

  • Toilets fully sanitised

  • Vanities and sinks cleaned

  • Mirrors, fixtures, and tapware polished

Bedrooms & living areas:

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

  • Internal doors and handles cleaned

  • Light wall marks removed where accessible

Note: This service does not include organising, linen changes, styling, or ongoing maintenance.

Cleanora provides a Bond-Back Guarantee on all End-of-Lease Cleaning services.

If your managing agent or landlord raises cleaning-related issues at the final inspection, we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost, provided that:

  • The inspection occurs within 72 hours of the original clean

  • We are notified within 48 hours of receiving inspection feedback

  • The property has not been re-occupied or altered after the clean

  • The issues relate solely to cleaning performed by Cleanora

This guarantee covers re-cleaning only and does not include refunds or compensation.

Exclusions apply, including carpets (unless booked), external windows, wall damage, mould caused by structural issues, wear and tear, or non-cleaning matters under NSW tenancy guidelines.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or reschedule please give at least 24hrs of notice to our team.
