Refund Policy

Cleanora Australia is committed to delivering professional cleaning services. This policy outlines when refunds, re-cleans, or credits may apply.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Remedies are provided where required by law.

Re-Cleans & Refunds

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of service completion

  • We must be given the opportunity to perform a free re-clean before a refund is considered

  • Refunds are assessed at our discretion and may be partial or declined

Failure to notify us within this timeframe voids eligibility.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after service completion

  • Pre-existing damage, wear, or permanent stains

  • Access issues or restricted service on the day

  • Expectations beyond standard professional cleaning

Cancellations

  • 48+ hours’ notice: Refund or reschedule available

  • 24–48 hours’ notice: Partial refund or reschedule

  • Under 24 hours or no-show: No refund

Booking or admin fees are non-refundable.
