Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Remedies are provided where required by law.
Re-Cleans & Refunds

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of service completion

We must be given the opportunity to perform a free re-clean before a refund is considered

Refunds are assessed at our discretion and may be partial or declined
Failure to notify us within this timeframe voids eligibility.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after service completion

Pre-existing damage, wear, or permanent stains

Access issues or restricted service on the day

Expectations beyond standard professional cleaning
Cancellations

48+ hours’ notice: Refund or reschedule available

24–48 hours’ notice: Partial refund or reschedule

Under 24 hours or no-show: No refund
Booking or admin fees are non-refundable.
