By booking a service with Cleanora Australia, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Cleanora Australia provides professional cleaning services as booked. All services are carried out to standard professional cleaning expectations.

Bookings & Payments

  • Full payment is required unless otherwise agreed

  • Prices may vary based on property condition, size, or additional services

  • Any additional work requested on-site may incur extra charges

Access

  • Clients must provide clear and safe access to the property at the agreed time

  • Failure to provide access may result in cancellation without refund

Re-Cleans & Refunds

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of service completion

  • Cleanora Australia must be given the opportunity to re-clean before any refund is considered

  • Refunds are issued only where required by Australian Consumer Law

Cancellations

  • 48+ hours’ notice: refund or reschedule

  • 24–48 hours’ notice: partial refund

  • Under 24 hours or no-show: no refund

Liability

  • Cleanora Australia is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or permanent stains

  • We are not liable for issues caused by faulty items, fixtures, or materials

Satisfaction Guarantee

Where applicable, our satisfaction or bond-back guarantee is limited to re-clean services only and does not guarantee outcomes beyond professional cleaning standards.

Policy Updates

Cleanora Australia may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
